OUR PROCESS

  • Initial Evaluation- Find the cause of your symptoms

The initial evaluation typically takes an hour where the therapist will assess and determine what is driving your pain/symptoms.

  • Create a treatment plan & fix the problem

After the evaluation, we will together develop a treatment plan to address the symptoms/problems. The therapist will continue to guide and make adjustments to your plan of care to ensure you reach your goals.

  • Create a long term plan

This is the most important step. We will continue to support you as you return to activities, exercise, or sports. We offer continued support and programs to ensure you have the support you need.
